555max FAQ — Most Frequently Asked Questions by Players

From opening an account to deposits and withdrawals, from slots to local games — everything players need to know is right here on this page.

This page answers the questions 555max players ask most often. How to open an account, deposits and withdrawals, how slots work, Shan Koe Mee and 2D/3D games — every topic is explained clearly. If you can't find the answer you're looking for here, contact our Myanmar-language Live Chat support directly.

Account & Registration

555max allows only one account per player. If multiple accounts are opened using the same phone number or personal details, those accounts may be closed and any remaining balance and bonuses may be forfeited. If you have any issues, contact Support directly instead of opening a second account.

Your username should be 6–20 characters and can include letters, numbers, and underscores (_). Your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one symbol. Never share your password with anyone — our Support staff will never ask for it.

You need a registered Myanmar phone number and a personal KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay account. You must be 21+. The phone number you register with must match the one linked to your payment account — a mismatch may cause issues with deposits and withdrawals.

This can happen if you entered the wrong password too many times, if unusual activity was detected on your account, or if you activated Self-Exclusion yourself. Contact our Support team immediately via 24/7 Live Chat and we'll look into it and help you resolve it.

Yes — you can log in from any device using your Username and Password. For security, logging in from a new device may require SMS OTP verification. We recommend avoiding public Wi-Fi and using your own network instead.

Slots & Jackpot

Volatility (Variance) describes how a slot pays out. High Volatility slots pay out less often but the amounts can be large when they do. Low Volatility slots pay out smaller amounts more frequently. Players with a smaller budget may prefer Low Volatility to play longer, while those with a larger budget chasing bigger wins should go for High Volatility.

Selected games offer Demo Mode. When you play in Demo Mode, no real money is used — it lets you get familiar with the game's features, paylines, and bonus rounds beforehand. Any wins in Demo Mode cannot be withdrawn; you must play in Real Money Mode to receive actual winnings. Games with Demo available are marked with a "Demo" icon in the Lobby.

There are three ways to get Free Spins. First, the game itself awards them when 3 or more Scatter symbols land on an active payline. Second, Free Spins are sometimes added as a bonus through promotions. Third, they can be received as part of VIP Cashback rewards. You can check your Free Spins under the "Bonus" section in your Wallet.

With a small budget, look for games with a low minimum bet and Low or Medium Volatility. Avoid games with a Bonus Buy feature, as those can consume a large portion of your budget in a single action. You can filter by "Min Bet" in the Lobby to find games that suit you.

RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total wagers that a game returns to players on average. A higher RTP means better average returns for players over time — but it reflects the average across a long period of play and does not determine the outcome of any individual session. For a fuller picture, look at RTP together with Volatility when choosing a game.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks — this applies to KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum withdrawal is also 10,000 Ks and typically completes within 10 to 45 minutes. Note that larger withdrawals may take longer to process.

To deposit with Wave Money, go to the Wallet section and select "Wave Money" — then pay from the Wave Money app to the transfer number shown. Note down the Transaction Reference Number and enter it in the Deposit Form — without that reference, confirmation may be delayed. After payment, your balance will appear in your Wallet within minutes.

At 555max, you can deposit and withdraw using these 4 methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. All methods work directly in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). Whichever method you use, the phone number linked to your payment account must match the phone number registered to your 555max account.

555max does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your mobile banking app may have its own bank charges (if any), which vary depending on that bank or e-wallet's policy — 555max has no control over those fees. For withdrawals, 555max does not charge either, but if an amount is deducted due to e-wallet fees, please contact your e-wallet provider directly.

On your first deposit at 555max, you can receive up to a 150% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a 30,000 Ks bonus, making your total balance 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is the bonus amount 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks. Please note that bonus funds can only be transferred to your main wallet once the wagering requirement is met.

Local Games

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with a standard 52-card deck. Each player places a set bet amount and receives 3 cards. Points are calculated by adding the card values and taking the last digit (0–9). 9 points is the highest. For more detailed rules, read the game guide in the 555max lobby.

In the 2D lottery game, you pick a two-digit number between 00 and 99 and place your bet. If the number drawn at result time matches yours using the defined method, you win a prize. There are no lucky number signs or fixed formulas that can predict the outcome — the numbers are drawn fairly under a certified random number agreement and cannot be altered.

Yes — Shan Koe Mee, 2D and 3D lottery games are all available to play on mobile. 555max's mobile interface supports both Android and iOS, and you can play directly through your browser as well, not just through an app. Playing from a location with a good internet signal will give you a smoother experience.

In 2D, the last two digits must match, while in 3D all three digits must match, so 3D pays out at a much higher rate. 2D has lower odds, making it more suitable for players looking to play on a smaller budget, while 3D has higher odds and bigger payouts, so it tends to be more of a challenge. You can check the result format and bet options for each game individually in the 555max lobby.

Some local games — Shan Koe Mee in particular — can be played in live dealer format, where you watch the cards being dealt in real time through a live video stream. 2D/3D lottery games use an automated draw to produce results, which relies on RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fairness.
